What the work involves
A full renovation means stripping a property back to shell and rebuilding it. Partition walls, ceiling systems, floor finishes, electrics and pipework - all new, matched to what the building now needs to do.
In older buildings that almost always brings structural work with it. A floor plan that no longer works is rarely fixed without a wall coming out somewhere. Because we do that work ourselves, there's no second party to bring in.
When you bring us in
For a property being gutted internally. For a building changing use. For rental stock being modernised between tenancies.
And for renovations where the layout changes and load-bearing elements are therefore affected.
How we deliver it
Structural work first, then services, then finishing. Working in that order stops finished work having to be opened up again.
Work is tracked by week number. You see week by week which hours went where.
