What the work involves
Work that falls outside the fixed categories but still belongs with us. Fire damage restoration: replacing walls and doors, removing soot, assessing the structure for heat exposure. Consumer unit replacement where the existing installation no longer meets requirements.
Waterproofing balconies and replacing rainwater goods - both underestimated, and both a source of structural damage if left too long.
When you bring us in
After a fire, when a building needs restoring and the structure assessing for what the heat has done.
For a consumer unit that no longer meets standards. For a balcony letting water through to the structure below. For downpipes leaking onto the facade.
How we deliver it
With fire damage we assess the structure before restoring anything. Steel that has been heated for a sustained period is not always what it was.
With balconies and drainage we deal with the cause, not the symptom. Water getting in somewhere doesn't get resolved with a coat of sealant.
