What the work involves
Fully replacing a bathroom means stripping back to bare floor and wall, running new pipework and drainage, tanking, tiling, fitting sanitaryware and finishing.
Waterproofing is where it usually goes wrong. A bathroom that isn't properly sealed causes no trouble for years - and by the time it does, the damage sits in the structure below.
When you bring us in
For a bathroom that's technically finished, not just dated. For leaks with a cause in the sealing or the pipework.
For rental stock and managed buildings where several bathrooms are done in sequence.
How we deliver it
We run new pipework rather than reusing existing runs where their condition is doubtful. That costs an extra day and saves years of trouble.
Tanking goes on before tiling, across the full wet zone including upstands.
