Full bathroom and WC renovation

The challenge

Bathroom and WC both needed full replacement. In many homes those two rooms share the same pipework, meaning they either get done together or opened up twice.

The existing pipework was of an age where reuse was no longer a sensible choice.

Our approach

Both rooms were stripped to bare floor and wall, after which pipework and drainage were fully renewed.

Tanking was applied across the full wet zone including upstands, before tiling.

Tiling, sanitaryware and finishing then followed in one continuous run.

Outcome

Two rooms fully renewed, with new pipework rather than reused runs.

Delivered in one operation rather than in sequence.
